Our house sale was fairly complicated. We were looking for top price, in a weakening economy, and had a number of obstacles to overcome (foundation problems, timing issues). We were also looking to buy a place, which was just as complicated because we had a limited budget, wanted to stay in the same area, and needed to double our square footage. After interviewing several agents, we felt that Valerie was the best equipped. She is appropriately aggressive, very positive and tries all angles to make a sale.  There is no question that she will be our agent when we move to our next place.
