4 Types of Prospects:

Basically, there are four types of prospects. Are you able to tell which ones are serious and which ones are not? From my experience, I am able to sort out the prospects. I know the questions to ask and the answers to look for. As a result, I can separate the buyers from the lookers. The only kind of buyers that really count are those who are ready, willing and able to purchase a home, wouldn't you agree? As real estate agents, we have clients just like these waiting for the right home.

Buying to save commission too ...

The primary motivator for the majority of For Sale by Owners is to save the commission, wouldn't you agree? In all likelihood, you are going to pay a commission, the question is, to who?

Generally, people shopping for For Sale by Owners are bargain hunters whose goal is to save a commission, the same commission you're trying to save. The benefits you receive by hiring me are that I work for the commission by offering maximum exposure, my expertise and access to my team of experts providing you with a smooth transition. Because I'm knowledgeable about market values and understand both yours and the buyer's needs, I can be very beneficial as a third party negotiator, wouldn't you agree?
